JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

To support delivery of business strategies of Allianz Group in Russia from an IT perspective by defining and implementing IT Strategy in line with Allianz Russia business objectives and Allianz Group standards and best practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for execution of Transformation, Change, Delivery and Run of IT Services with end-to-end accountability for the delivery and operations.

• Manages IT supply capabilities including planning, budgeting, resourcing, in line with approved IT Strategy.

• Accountable for the delivery of Change projects in line with approved IT Strategy.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 10 years of experience, with a focus on IT and general management.
• Preferably, good knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Able to work effectively in a global matrix and lead teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of modern technology and Digital business models; Digital marketing, application delivery techniques including AGILE delivery, Cloud, DevOps and API integration strategies.
• Broad understanding of delivery and operations for both Infrastructure and Applications.
• Good working knowledge of ITSM and related tools and processes. Familiarity with IT Governance and controls (e.g. IT General Control / COBIT 5) and related tooling.
• Strongly focused on customer satisfaction.
• Successful track record in implementing Technology transformation / change programs.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills.
• Analytical thinking and methodological planning techniques.
• Solid business judgment and advanced problem solving skills.
• Able to deal easily with ambiguity.
• Proven organizational development skills including training, developing, coaching, mentoring and mediation skills.
• Fluent English and Russian.
