Overview:
- The main objective is to build the IT architecture in order to ensure effective running of
- computer systems at School. The Head of IT will be responsible for developing network
- maintenance and growth plans, controlling IT and projects budgets, supervising the IT staff and creating IT foundation based on latest technologies that could help School to succeed.
- University degree;
- Work experience: 5 years as a manager of information systems implementation or organization of functional domain working methods at least 5 years of experience in IT and infrastructure projects;
- Experience in implementation/ maintenance/ support of information systems, deputy of CTO/CIO;
- Experience in servers and networks environment support in large Western and/or matrix oriented companies;
- Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and managing Windows server;
- Expertise in data center management and its control;
- Vast experience in Mac-based environment;
- Excellent experience in working with CISCO network equipment, CISCO certificate is preferable;
- Good knowledge of data protection regulation in Russia;
- Fluent/Advanced English is a must;
- Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- High sense of responsibility & flexibility.
- The primary role will be to organize deployments (both hardware and software) and non-interruptive operation of company IT resources, both internal and external;
- Experience in Software Development;
- Experience in IT project management;
- Knowledge of network protocols and Internet;
- Planning, organizing and performing hardware and software deployments;
- Management of operation support engineers and outsourcers;
- Planning, management and optimization of hardware and network resources;
- Developing and implementing IT operations policies and routine regulations;
- Leading of Security and Monitoring efforts;
- Excellent communications, presentation and management skills;
- Good analytical and planning skills;
- Provide and guarantee the implementation of the tasks and functions of the Information Technology Department in terms of organizing the automation of business processes of the functional domain of its responsibility (Industrial systems; Users Support, development and assets management of servers, computer and office equipment, as well as network environment and video conferencing and other systems);
- Maintain and develop information systems and equipment of the company in
- accordance with the methods of work of local and central functional users.
- Consolidate, formalize and assess the needs of functional domain users as
- part of their implementation in information systems;
- Manage your budget, draw up an annual plan of projects and track the implementation of key KPIs for spending and income on a monthly basis;
- Build relationships and effective business partnerships with all executive directors at the entrusted perimeter.
