KAZ Minerals Russia is looking for potential candidates for the position of Oracle Project Manager within IT Department in our Moscow office.
Structural division: Oracle Enterprise System Section
Report to: IT Director
REQUIREMENTS:
- High education in Information Technology;
- Experience in implementation and operation of Oracle Cloud and E – Business Suite over 5 years;
- Experience of participation in projects (more than 2) of implementation of Oracle E – Business Suite/Oracle Cloud in various roles as consultant, architect or project manager (preferably at manufacturing enterprises and/or international companies).
- In-depth knowledge of modules of Oracle (Supply Chain Management, Financial Cloud, Human Capital Management)
- Experience in organizing information exchange between Oracle E–Business Suite and various software (EDMS, MES, etc.).
- Additional courses in Oracle and Project management.
- IT certification (Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Symantec) are preferable;
- GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to study new hardware and technologies quickly, ability to plan your time and be scrupulous;
- Skills and of communication and meaningful cooperation with colleagues;
- An organized and responsible person;
- English: Upper - Intermediate.
- Leads Oracle system implementation closely collaborating with other key stakeholders.
- Develop, plan and implement Oracle system.
- Peer review of existing architecture and configuration of Oracle system.
- Determine scope of the project of Oracle system implementation.
- Set deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitor progress of Oracle system implementation and development.
- Conduct evaluation, make recommendations for changes to current and future Oracle system requirements to meet organizational needs.
- Leeds the implementation of new organizational processes aligned with Oracle system configuration.
- Ensure that project goals are met and adhering to approved budget.
- Develop technical specifications for designing and improving Oracle system.
- Control the installation, setting, improvement and administration of Oracle system.
- Daily control operation of Oracle system with daily reports on findings to the Head in compliance with the requirements.
- Ensure continued and uninterrupted functioning of Oracle system.
- Employment specifications: Direct contract with KAZ Minerals Russia LLC;
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday: from 9 am till 6 pm
